Strength and Fitness Training for Beginners
Are you interested in burning fat, staying healthy, avoiding injury, improving your mood, and boosting your confidence? Each week, this class includes one day of basic strength training to gain muscle tone combined with one day of circuit training to improve strength endurance and cardiovascular efficiency. Students are encouraged to attend both classes and operate within their own abilities.

This is a low impact but high intensity water workout for any fitness level. Varies formats will be taught to improve cardiovascular efficiency, muscular toning and strength, balance and flexibility.
