Elite Tennis Experience

​Eric Meyer, our Director of Tennis, has over 30 years experience in all aspects of the tennis industry.  He has coached players of all ages and levels from first timers to tour level.  He's managed and staffed tennis facilities in numerous sites in both Massachusetts and Florida. He was the owner and creator of New England Team Tennis, Inc. which staffed nearly 100 tennis pros and other instructors. While personally providing training to thousands of individuals through the years he has also managed over 20 different locations.  He is also a tournament director for all of Elite Tennis' USTA and UTR events

Eric, like all our head pros, is certified by the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA).

He has been awarded the William Freedman Award for Outstanding Contributions to Junior Tennis (New England) and is a multiple time Coach of the Year at Concord Academy.

​Tennis Staffing Options

​All lead tennis staff are either certified or licensed by either the USPTA or the USPTR. Our head tennis pros have a thorough teaching and playing background. We hire through an extensive vetting process with numerous reference checks and use a trial basis to determine a good fit.

  • Facility Management - Oversee the entire tennis facility and the staff
  • Programmers - set up all clinics, lessons, and events. Work with individual residents to schedule the proper class.
  • Administrators - provide all day-to-day operations
  • Tennis professionals - provide on-court instruction and guidance for players of all ages and levels
  • Tennis coaches - for junior and adult team training
  • Tournaments - Provide USTA and/or UTR events on site
  • Court maintenance - in charge of the daily care of the courts and supplies. This includes rolling, sweeping, lining, or clay courts, windscreen and net repair, filling of water coolers, etc.
  • Pro Shop - stringing of new and used racquets, selling new and used frames, clothing, sneakers, and other tennis equipment.
