When you are looking to staff your Pool amenities, you want highly trained individuals who will keep the concerns of both parties in mind. Our pool monitors are responsible for keeping the grounds pristine and ensuring residents and guests are following community rules. The main responsibilities of our lifeguards are to keep your residents and guests safe while enforcing all pool rules. Please note that we work closely with your Property Manager and Board members to ensure that all job requests are met.
Make sure all residents follow the Community rules
Sign-in both residents and guests
Keep pool and facilities clean
Check pool chemicals
Assist residents and guests as needed
Additional requests by Property Management and the HOA/CDD.
